We believe that music whispers her special message directly to the heart, elevating the imagination and spirit of everyone she touches. The creativity and expression of music provide a connection to people regardless of their life experiences. In fact, it is that universal connection of music that helps to bridge differences between people across age or geography, across politics or occupation.

We at Bohemian feel that supporting and growing the music identity of Northern Colorado is a vital part of fostering a connected and collaborative cultural community here.

We intend to provide opportunities for music creatives to express themselves, encouraging new participants in the art form. And we intend to provide aspiring musicians with the tools and skills to succeed in a rapidly changing music marketplace. Through our Music Event Sponsorships, the Bohemian Foundation Music Programs will support and partner with nonprofit organizations offering innovative, popular music programming and projects in two goal areas:

• Creating or enhancing opportunities for music expression
• Supporting musicians in pursuit of their craft
