Rob Senn

Chief Operating Officer

Rob has worked in the music industry and the non-profit world his entire career. Having learned the music business early as a promotion executive for major record labels (Columbia, Atlantic and MCA), he launched into music television working at MTV for four years and then was GM of The Recording Academy (the GRAMMY Awards) for twelve years. After serving AEG as SVP of Creative Services and as the marketing producer for the Celine Dion show in Las Vegas, he ran Gibson Guitars as COO for four years. He obtained a Presidential MBA from Pepperdine University in 2008. He has served on the Board of many music charities, including MusiCares Foundation, GRAMMY Foundation, Gibson Foundation, and the Latin Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences.


Merry Hummell

Director of Music Events

Merry worked in non-profit operations management for 15 years in Boston, specializing in womens' reproductive health services and social services. A native of Fort Collins, she returned home to work at the Bohemian Foundation in 2005 where she is now the Director of Music Events—producing the yearly Bohemian Nights Music Festival. She also serves on the Board of Fort Collins Musicians Association and City of Fort Collins Womens Commission.


Becky Cramer

Grants Manager

Becky is a Colorado State University graduate with over ten years experience in the Fort Collins nonprofit community working for organizations such as Boys and Girls Club of Larimer County, Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, and Project Self-Sufficiency. Becky has been a part of the Bohemian Foundation team for three years and is committed to managing Community Programs for the Foundation including its primary grant making program, Pharos Fund.


Leah Johnson

Executive Assistant to the COO

Leah is a native Coloradan that comes to Bohemian Foundation with a variety of experiences in campaign politics. After working campaigns in over a dozen states, she gained strong skills in media relations, message crafting and managing, and grassroots organizing. With all of her knowledge, Leah is now the media maven at the Bohemian Foundation, as well as serves as the Executive Assistant to the COO.


Sam Ernst

Grants Administrator

Having moved here in the 5th grade, Sam is nearly native to Fort Collins. He has been with the Bohemian Foundation since 2005 in various roles and now serves as the Grants Administrator. With a fine eye for detail and excellent grasp of the English language he serves as the preeminent writer for the Foundation.
