Grantmaking
Bright Idea Fund
Bright Idea Fund provides up to $7,500 to support small-scale programs that create a community where everyone belongs. Funds can be used to experiment with new ideas, respond to unexpected opportunities, or support ongoing innovative programs.
Bright Idea Fund supports programs that:
- Align with one of our three goals.
- Provide services and impact in the Poudre School District boundary.
- Think differently and creatively about the work.
- Respond to emerging community opportunities and challenges.
- Center the voices and experiences of those directly impacted by the work.
- Have the promise to create impact on our community.
501(c)(3) organizations and governmental units are eligible to apply. Newly formed and legally approved nonprofits are welcome to apply. Private foundations and fiscally sponsored programs are not eligible. This fund does not cover general operating support or fundraisers. Please see our full list of exclusions and responsive grant options before applying.
